Where do I start, Erick and Becky are not just the best real estate agents they are great people who are professional, patient, knowledgeable, and display a great amount of integrity. However, Becky and Erick have 3 qualities I was looking for when searching for a realtor 1) Integrity, 2) Passion for their job 3) and able to critically think for the needs of their clients.... And this is what Becky and Erick provide that and much more. They were referred to me by one of my true and honest co-worker. I consider this couple not as my realtors now but as family (They come with the property). We just got our home 4-10-15 and it was a roller coaster due to my personal family problems but even so I never felt pressured into doing something I did not want to do. The options were always laid out on the table for me to critically think about my options and the future. This blessing couple always made sure we are covered and they have your back. As a first time home owner, I had a lot of questions, doubts, and fear. Now, they are all gone. I feel confident that I made the right decision and that I was guided through the right path. Still after we closed escrow, I have questions and I call or text them and they continue to provide excellent customer service. Education for them is important and they attend courses to provide the best options out there for their clients. They are also realistic about how many clients they can take at a time. Why? To better serve ALL of their clients fairly and equally... And what other realtors do that. Most realtors are known as transaction realtors (just sell home and move on) but nope not this couple. Please don't hesistate in calling them  and scheduling a meeting. Is a huge step in your life. I guarantee you...it will be theee best if not the best decision you have made in your life along with wondering support and team they have along their side. I cannot leave this review without mentioning Ms. Alana (Financial CLS loan coordinator) man this girl is AWESOME she knows her math and numbers and figure out the best plan for ur financial needs goes above and beyond to deliver the best customer service. She is always available and who was she referred by Becky and Erick. She also has the qualities I mentioned above. So, it was the whole package for me all in one. What a blessing it was to be able to go through the process of buying a home with the comfort and knowledge of The Hernandez Team. Not only did Becky and Erick help us with their thoughtful and sincere guidance in the home buying process but they both were completely invested with us in their time. Becky and Erick would contact us with any updates while in escrow and still, to this day, follow up with us after closing. This review is long overdue.  I finally downloaded this yelp app so that I can give this wonderful couple their well deserved credit.  After dealing with several agents, my husband and I felt that we may never be able to purchase our first home. All this changed when we told a friend of ours about what a nightmare its been dealing with agents we've been dealing with and that's when we were referred to Erick and Becky.  Erick and Becky held our hands throughout the entire home buying process and made sure all our needs were met.They are very knowledgeable and addressed all our questions and concerns. Will def be contacting them when its time for an updgrade!

It's been months since I bought my first home for my mom and I could never be more satisfied with team Hernandez. My best friend referred me to them and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in buying or selling their home. They were awesome in being able to find me what I want while letting me know what was realistically suitable for my situation. I happened to stumble across these 2 by chance and I must say they were god sent! Together we looked at house after house until I was tired and almost ready to quit the process altogether. But thanks to Erick and Becky, I was eventually able to get the house I wanted, in the area I wanted, and most importantly for the price I wanted. They still stop by my house, even after 2 yrs, just to check how things are going! And they occasionally have a wonderful little thank you gift. I've already recommended several family members to these 2 and I will continue to do so for anyone else I know. You should do the same. Great job and Keep it up guys!

If you are looking for someone to help you search for your new home then you can stop looking! Erick and Becky are the best. The whole process was easy and smooth. They were so attentive to our needs and at any giving moment they were available to answer our questions. They are very professional and did not try to sell us anything we didn't want. They took the time to listen to our needs and must haves and not only did they find what we wanted but they went above our expectations.
